1. What We Collect

All House Radio collects minimal data required to operate the app:

• Account information — email address and password (hashed) when you create an account.
• Listening history — stations you have played, stored locally on your device and optionally synced to your account.
• Favorites — stations you save, stored locally and synced to your account if signed in.
• Purchase information — managed entirely by Apple (App Store) and RevenueCat. We never see your payment card details.
• Crash & diagnostic data — anonymous crash reports via Expo/EAS to improve stability.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not track your location.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not run behavioural advertising within the app.
• We do not record or store any audio you listen to.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate your account and sync your preferences across devices.
• To process and verify your in-app subscription status via RevenueCat.
• To improve app stability using anonymous crash diagnostics.

4. Third-Party Services

• RevenueCat — manages subscription purchases. Privacy Policy
• Radio Browser API — open community database of radio stream URLs. No personal data is shared.
• ShazamKit — Apple's on-device song recognition. Audio is processed locally and never sent to our servers.
• Expo / EAS — app build and update delivery. Privacy Policy

5. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at the address below.

6. Children's Privacy

All House Radio is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us.
